Healer Recruiting Help

This is a quick memo so I apologize if it's not as thorough as I normally try to be or has errors.

I would like each officer to spam trade for a few hours a week looking for healers until further notice please. Feel free to do your few hours all at once or broken into blocks. A good time to look is in the evening, around raid time on a non-raiding day, and try not to be spamming when another officer is. There is no set required time, but please do what you can to help, after all, we're in this together. :>.

There's no requirements I look for, so I leave the details on how you want to choose someone up to your discretion. Personally, I find commitment, i.e. signing up and actually showing or working on aspects they need to improve one we let them know, more important than current gear as that can be farmed. If you are also not going to base invites on current gear, do keep in mind the player will need to have a decent enough gear to actually go raiding though. So okay to invite to guild, but they will need to work on it as much as they can before the first raid they sign up for. :3.

After you've recruited someone:
-Please mail Mayleene the name and their role.
-Move them to Middle Class rank. Inform them that they need to keep their Officer's Notes updated with MS ilv / OS ilv.
-Let them know events are on calendar, that they need to meet requirements (mostly having decent gear and being enhanced), sign up, and be on time.
